Sacred Geometry Yoga

Sacred Geometry refers to the geometric patterns, rhythms and forms that flow through all things. This includes wave patterns, harmonies of musical scales and the motion of time. HuMandalas connect our bodies to the Flower of Life, Dr Emoto’s Water Crystals and the Golden Ratio.

HuMandalas are Sacred Geometry yoga circle ceremonies. Participants create unified intentions and connect their bodies, movement, and sound in geometric patterns such as the Flower of Life and Golden Ratio so that collective thought patterns and postures are synced to those of nature. Participants cultivate bio-energy through the Power of Intention, which is offered to the world as a blessing. As we move in the rhythms of the universe with empowered and unified vision, we become more in tune with our evironment & collective needs.

Flower of Life…

Flower of LifeThe Flower of Life is a creation pattern, This is a simple geometry made of a spiral of spheres. It creates a grid of 3D six pointed stars or Star-Tetrahedron. You can see this pattern in oranges stacked at the grocery store, the growth of an embryo and a honeycomb. It’s a fun activation to draw this with a compass! HuMandalas bring this wisdom into simple circle ceremonies.

Dr. Emoto’s Water Crystals

Gratitude Water CrystalYou can see this pattern in the shapes of Snowflakes or Water Crystals. Our thoughts and intentions have been shown to create specific patterns and rhythms. Check out Dr. Masaru Emoto‘s work with Water Crystals . Beautiful intentions create harmonic patterns in the Water Crystals, whereas discordant intentions and vibrations create fragmented crystals. The geometries of words in different languages look very similar, too.

Liber Abaci posed, and solved, a problem involving the growth of a population of rabbits based on idealized assumptions. The solution, generation by generation, was a sequence of numbers later known as Fibonacci numbers. The number sequence was known to Indian mathematicians as early as the 6th century, but it was Fibonacci’s Liber Abaci that introduced it to the West.

Golden ArmThe higher up in the sequence, the closer two consecutive “Fibonacci numbers” of the sequence divided by each other will approach the golden ratio (approximately 1 : 1.618 or 0.618 : 1).

This is also a pattern of musical scales and how harmonies are developed.
