HuMandalas are a creative way for groups of people to share and cultivate intentional energy. Through collaborative movement, breath, and sound, HuMandala participants mirror and connect with the building-block patterns of the Universe (sacred geometry), co-creating a living, breathing container where vivid visions are born, powerful prayers projected, and spontaneous beauty and magic experienced by One and All.
The HuMandala experience is described as Yoga Circle Ceremonies: a process or activity whereby a human collective gathers with conscious reverence, connecting as a synchronized group with body and breath, and building a sacred-geometrical container for intentions to be recognized and actualized.
The HuMandala journey is truly a unique fusion that incorporates the most Universal aspects of a number of practices and traditions into One interactive flow. Once participants learn the basic forms and movements of the Human-Mandala connective-play, the entire experience becomes a simple, practical process that All Beings can enjoy regardless of their background, beliefs, or previous experiences.

These delightful ‘Mini-Ceremonies’ teach us to recognize the divinity in one another, feel our interconnectedness, develop energetic awareness, and cultivate our common visions.
